My sister Destiny and I did ZP Challenge together. My Sam’s Club has always been very engaged with ZP and we have a few winners from our club. With ZP, the accountability is to yourself and to a whole group of people constantly supporting each other. Destiny and
I wanted to be a part of it. I wanted to make sure I lost weight after having my baby. I really like that ZP is just a part of my work life, too. It’s a part of my whole world. Destiny wanted to lose weight and for our family to be closer. She really likes that ZP isn’t just about food or fitness — it’s about family and money, too. Destiny’s been committed to a low-carb diet. She eats her burgers wrapped in lettuce and eats low-carb substitutes like zucchini noodles. I’ve created a savings account for the kids. When we go to the store, we think about if we want something, or need, really need, something. We’ve met, and exceeded, all our goals and it’s been so nice to see all the great changes.
- I set out to lose 35 pounds of baby weight and I lost 39.
- My sister Destiny lost 50 pounds.
- You can substitute most everything you drink with water.
- We’re healthier both physically and mentally — we feel great.
Although we’re doing different things with our better choices, we both have become more active and fit. We began with walking and jogging two miles a night and worked our way up to five miles a night. Destiny runs five times a week. While I’m working, I’m back and forth across the floor all the time, but when I get home I’m chasing the kids around instead of playing hide-and-go-seek. I get a little extra exercise everywhere I can. We make an extra hour once a week to take the kids to the park. When we first started, Destiny’s weight came off quick, but I struggled. ZP helped us follow through. With ZP and the constant accountability, Destiny and I reached our goals by sticking with it, together.
