I’d lost my mom in 2016 and it really set me back. I had been doing a lot of comfort eating. I read about ZP Challenge in our break room. It was interesting to see other people taking steps to lose weight and get healthy. I thought I could give ZP a try to help me lose weight. I started out at 336 and now I’m 275 pounds. My goal is to get to 180 pounds. I’ve got a long way to go, but I’ve really gotten on board with ZP. We’ve gotten rid of soda and are drinking water. We’re eating a low-carbohydrate diet. I’m getting to the gym after work every other day. We just bought a treadmill for the house. I’m a little shocked I’ve lost this much weight. I didn’t think I could do it. With ZP, I’m staying on track and making it happen. There’s no pressure with ZP, it’s just easy and inspirational. If you struggle, you read the stories. I think the most important thing to keep in mind is that life’s never perfect. You’re going to have hiccups. With ZP, you just go back and pick up the next day. It’s easy, inspirational and you don’t let anything stop you.

  • I’ve lost 61 pounds and my daughter Alexandrea has lost 32 pounds.
  • We get out to the park and walk a couple of laps around the track.
  • All 17 people on my team at work have been so supportive.
  • I couldn’t even process winning $10,000 for a few minutes. I didn’t think it was even possible. Now, I know that with ZP — everything is possible.

One night we were eating, I went back for seconds and my 13-year-old daughter followed me. Until that moment, I hadn’t realized how much of an influence I was on her. She is pre-diabetic and needs to lose some weight. She looks to me for guidance. With my ZP, I’m setting goals for both of us. Ten pounds at a time, she and I have lost more than 90 pounds combined. I have a 14-year-old son, too. They are awesome kids. Doing ZP as a family has brought us closer together. Now, we’re sitting down to dinner together every night. We don’t have our phones at the table and we talk about our day. Every evening, it’s about getting around that table. ZP is really great because of how easy it is to get yourself and your family involved. With ZP — make better choices and you’re making a better life. When I walked into a room with all my Walmart Academy family and was presented a $10,000 check, I didn’t know what to think. I was overwhelmed. What this means is that when you’re on the road to making your life better, trust yourself and keep pushing. Anything and everything is possible with ZP.
