The problem with losing weight is that you can’t just quit eating. But, you can eat better. Once I got a routine going, it wasn’t that hard. I cut out bread and sugary stuff. I eat more fruits and vegetables. I eat yogurt instead of ice cream. Making better eating choices becomes a habit. I know what I’m putting in my mouth now. A soda every once in a while is OK and you don’t have to worry too much about an occasional treat here or there. Worrying won’t help.
