  • 1 large apple, cored and chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup celery, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons raisins
  • 2 tablespoons walnuts (or pecans), chopped
  • 1 5-ounce can albacore tuna in water
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons low-fat milk
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon


  1. In a large bowl, toss together apples and lemon juice. Add celery, raisins, walnuts and tuna; toss gently.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine mayonnaise, milk and cinnamon; blend well.
  3. Pour dressing over apple-tuna mixture; toss gently to coat.
