Albacore Waldorf Salad

- 1 large apple, cored and chopped
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/2 cup celery, chopped
- 2 tablespoons raisins
- 2 tablespoons walnuts (or pecans), chopped
- 1 5-ounce can albacore tuna in water
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons low-fat milk
- 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- In a large bowl, toss together apples and lemon juice. Add celery, raisins, walnuts and tuna; toss gently.
- In a medium bowl, combine mayonnaise, milk and cinnamon; blend well.
- Pour dressing over apple-tuna mixture; toss gently to coat.
