Peanut Butter Banana Smoothie

  • ½ cup 2% cottage cheese
  • 3 ounces nonfat vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 1 ½ cups unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 1 peeled, frozen banana, cut into chunks
  • 1 tablespoon creamy peanut butter
  • Ice cubes or water if desired


  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and purée until smooth.
  2. Add ice cubes or water to reach desired consistency.
