Tropical Blueberry Smoothie
Total fat: 15g
- ½ frozen banana
- ½ cup fresh or frozen blueberries
- 1 tablespoon almond butter
- ¼ teaspoon spirulina powder, or greens powder
- 1 tablespoon coconut shavings
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- Ice and or water to taste
- Place all ingredients in a blender.
- Pulse until thoroughly blended and smooth.
